This year’s Autumn Meet and committee Meeting

This year’s Autumn Meet and Committee Meeting will be on the 1st and 2nd October at the Foundry Adventure Centre, Great Hucklow, Derbyshire.

‘I have verbally booked the 31 bed unit for Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd October. We will be charging £15 per head/per night for a bed. Folk have to bring their own bedding/ sleeping bags or hire at £8 for the weekend. Self cookers won’t be able to use the kitchen whilst the outside caterers are in but will be able to use the Kitchen of the other unit if there isn’t another party in there. Bookings for accommodation and meals will be to me. I hope to have menu available soon. We will be able to store the bikes inside overnight.’

Packed lunch to include sandwhich, crisps, cake, drink, fruit: £6

2 course evening meal: £10
